• a telephone conversation
• a messenger or skype chat
Sessions & Costs
I normally work from the comfort of your own home.
I mostly work in the Angus, Dundee, Perth, Aberdeenshire and Edinburgh areas, but will travel wherever possible.
If you decide you would like to go ahead and book a session, they normally last 60-90 minutes each.
Costs are £80 per session. This includes free access to all of my audio programmes and ongoing support after any sessions.
